Ray K. and Charlotte Olen Derstine bring to Derstine Olen Realty over 50 years of combined successful residential  and commercial Real Estate experience.                           

 Charlotte started her Real Estate career in New York.  She founded Charlotte B. Olen and Associates in 1982, successfully marketing high-end Manhattan properties.  She expanded her business adding a Florida license to her credentials in 1991 and worked in the Palm Beach area.

 

Ray started his Real Estate career in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  He developed and subdivided 410 acres into 73 homesites, in what is now Dakota Ridge, one the the city's most sought-after residential areas. 

 

Ray and Charlotte met in Palm Beach in the early 1990's, married a few years later and established Derstine Olen Realty, continuing to successfully market and sell prime residential and commercial properties.

 

Ray and Charlotte have a natural flair for Real Estate.  Charlotte has the uncanny ability to intuitively know what people want in a home.  Ray has the tenacity to follow through and never give up in even the most challenging transactions.  Together they share the knowledge, patience and experience to help their clients navigate through an intricate Real Estate market, resulting in an exciting and enjoyable experience.
 

Ray and Charlotte have been living on Bear Mountain in Evergreen since 2005.  Together they specialize in luxury homes and quality investment properties in the Evergreen and foothills areas, the Denver metro areas and the surrounding ski resorts. They are also licensed Real Estate brokers in Florida and New York.
